  • The company was historically loss-making and had received investment in excess of £9 million.
  • A fundraise commenced in the summer of 2024 which ultimately failed in February 2025.​

A&M ROLE AND OUTCOME

  • A&M was engaged as lead advisor in February 2025 to conduct an accelerated M&A process over a two-week period. 
  • A&M introduced an unconnected trade party who ultimately purchased the business and assets of the company immediately following the appointment of Joint Administrators.  
  • All 60 employees transferred under TUPE regulations to the purchaser, safeguarding jobs. 
  • A four-month licence to occupy was granted for the warehouse premises.​
