Henri Angelo is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Financial Services in London. He specializes in M&A advisory for the insurance sector across the EMEA region.

With over 15 years of investment banking experience, Mr. Angelo has advised a broad range of financial institutions and financial sponsors globally on M&A transactions—public and private—as well as strategic debt and equity capital raisings.

Before joining A&M, Mr. Angelo held roles at Citigroup and Credit Suisse within their Financial Institutions Investment Banking teams. 

He earned a master’s degree in science in management from HEC Paris.
