Mike Davidson is a Managing Director and National Practice Leader of Alvarez & Marsal’s Corporate Performance Improvement practice (CPI) in Houston. As head of one of the largest and fastest-growing divisions at A&M, he leads a team of over 500 to achieve the transformational and functional priorities of corporate clients the A&M way – with speed, a bias for action and a practical, bottom-line orientation.
Mr. Davidson helps clients elevate performance across the entire corporate value chain, including enterprise strategy and transformation, customer acquisition and growth, and operations and back-office solutions. His team of experienced operators, world-class consultants, former regulators and industry authorities brings both transformation experience and functional depth across strategy, M&A, finance and accounting, digital and technology, supply chain and operations, and talent, organization and people management disciplines.
The practice’s work spans a variety of industries, including automotive and industrials, consumer and retail, energy, financial services, healthcare, media and entertainment, the public sector, and travel, hospitality and leisure, among others.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Davidson was an executive in the Finance and Performance Management practice at Accenture.
Mr. Davidson earned a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management from Texas A&M University.
